Normally from the top down: hair cover, mask, hood, coverall, then boots or shoe covers, then gloves. See the gowning guide.

Do ESD garments replace a wrist strap?

No. ESD garments help control charge on clothing. A wrist strap or ESD footwear grounds the person. Follow your programme.
