Flat pleated and sterile masks for cleanroom and controlled environments
We supply three main face mask types to cover a wide range of cleanroom classifications and contamination control requirements. All masks are lint-free and non-particulating, with sterile grades available for aseptic and pharmaceutical environments.
ES Flat Pleated Masks
Two-ply and three-ply flat pleated masks constructed from combined electrostatic (ES) material layers, with an optional meltblown polypropylene filter media middle layer for the 3-ply variant. Suitable for ISO Class 3–7 cleanroom environments. Available with ear loop, head loop or tie-on fastening in PU or OP band material.
SBPP Flat Pleated Masks
Two-ply and three-ply flat pleated masks made from spunbond polypropylene (SBPP) with soft inner and outer layers that minimise skin irritation. Suitable for ISO Class 3–7 environments. Available in ear loop, head loop and tie-on fastening options with PU or OP band material.
Validated Sterile Masks
Sterile face masks validated by ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilisation for pharmaceutical, medical device, aseptic and critical cleanroom applications. Available in ES with PU band and SBPP with OP band variants. Supplied in clean-peel pouches with lot traceability. Double packaging available.
Specifications
Dimensions, fastening options and cleanroom classifications
Masks are available across a range of widths and construction options to suit different face sizes, coverage requirements and cleanroom classifications. All grades are lint-free and non-particulating, with low particle and ionic contamination levels.
Sterile variants are individually clean-peel pouched with batch and lot number traceability. Custom specifications including private label, alternative dimensions and packaging configurations can be discussed.
Mask width and depth
Available in widths of 18 cm, 21 cm, 23 cm and 25 cm × 9 cm depth, to accommodate different face sizes and coverage requirements. Pleated construction allows the mask to expand for improved comfort and fit during use.
Ear loop, head loop and tie-on
All mask types are available with ear loop, head loop or tie-on fastening. Band material may be polyurethane (PU) or OP material. Ear loops suit general cleanroom use; head loops and tie-on offer a more secure fit for extended wear or higher-risk environments.
2-ply and 3-ply options
Two-ply masks provide a lightweight, comfortable option for lower-classification environments. Three-ply masks add a meltblown polypropylene or MBPP filter media middle layer for improved bacterial filtration efficiency. Bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 99% or greater at 3 microns for 3-ply constructions.
ISO 3 to ISO 7 compatible
Non-sterile masks suitable for ISO Class 3–7 (Class 1–10,000) environments. Validated sterile masks are appropriate for the most critical classifications including ISO Class 3 and 4 aseptic and pharmaceutical processing areas.
